1st ) Reggie of previously Reggie’s Bar who did originally join with Filue Bar has now branched out on his own and decided to open up the old Massage Bar next to Rainbow Bar after a lot of cross words.

2nd) Krazy Dragon, have a new LOW SEASON Drink Special, 45 Baht for a Chang Larger from the Draft before 9pm after all draft Chang 65 Baht not a bad for a Pub, as it seems to be turning into with a few nice guys on offer. Lap Top Boys drinks all 95 baht.

Sad news and condolences from Yesaebia Condos behind Sunee Plaza Mr. Lek the Owner died last night so I can see dramatic changes there from what I know of the family the Bangkok part who will have the main control now, do not want to be bothered with the Pattaya part of the Business and the daughter of darkness running the management, may be no more soon, don’t all cheer at once.

Amigos Bar complex Sunee Plaza, now up for sale again, for 5 million baht plus 30,000 baht per Month.............32 small rooms above could be made in a very nice, I hear some one is sniffing round to do that very thing so be quick you will not be disappointed, 16 bedroom, Guest House for about 10 million Baht Im sure it would do very well with an Open Bondi type ground floor Bar, entertainment Area on the ground floor.

Some New 3 year leases being given out on the 15th March by the Miss Sunee organization but they tell me a few will not be renewed only pay month I wonder who that will be. after the 20th no more Leases will be given.

As the Arab deal has now officially fallen through so Miss Sunee Family will keep hold of it for a while longer.

Went to KBOYS it was back to being number one again heaving with customers and Boys try No 16 8" wonder try it you wont be disappointed. after doing a Bar hope of Boys Pattayaland 1 so much so I missed the Street Party I was there originally for last night, to see a Forrest or plainness not really worth it, but a few nice ones in Star Boys only to my liking any way.
