Hi guys,

I am visiting Bangkok again next week, and I was just wondering what the latest was on saunas with the Japanese-style loincloths? I tried Sauna Mania last time but it was underwear night instead, which was crap!

Does anyone have any advice on which saunas have the loincloth thing going on, and on which nights?

You mean a real Japanese style " FUNDHOSHI " ?
Not any more . SAUNA MANIA used to have among their 3 styles of loin cloths selections .

How about MALE BOX sauna in front of CENTRAL PAMA 2 shopping centre ?
They do have Japanese theme night .
Maybe they have real FUNDOSHI .

But this place is very small and actions were very tamed when I visited .

I was at Ban Thai on Saturday night, and they had little loin cloths. If you've got a waist over 34", though, you're going to have trouble getting them around you. They're basically a front flap and a back flap sewn onto a piece of string.

Also see the above post about Muffill. They have "Hula hula" nights on Mondays and Wednesdays, which I suppose are some sort of loin cloth. It's either that or coconut shell bras, I'm not sure.
