I don't know about the pump, but they do cut off the circulation with a crude cock ring (usually just a rubber band) so they can stay fully engorged as they strut around the room.
Anyway, all the pumps and rubber bands in the world aren't going to make a three-inch cock look like an eight-inch one, so it's still a pretty good way to spot a winner.       |

I personally think that "tying it up" with rubber bands every single night of the week is going to "cost" these guys in their future lives. I've offed guys from the big cock show before and they had an awful time keeping their monster hard without rubber bands. Imagine reaching the ripe old age of 30 and not being able to get your piece hard. I've also had guys from the shows ask for Viagra, too. It's sad, really. But, on the other hand, I've met lots and LOTS of non-bar boys who are just as well hung and who have absolutely NO PROBLEM at all getting and keeping it up...sometimes for hours.

I doubt the rubber bands cause any permanent damage, but I have a good solution to the lack of wood problem. Tell the boy that someone's going to get fucked before the session's over, and if he can't get it hard, it's obviously going to be him on the bottom.
