Chang Rai

Hi guys,
I searched for some info about Chang Rai but did not find in threads.
A friend of mine told me that if I consider to go north I should consider Chang Rai more then Changmai - are there any ideas what we could do there?

When I was last there - and keep in mind this was over 5 years ago - I found one small gay bar. It was called Lobo Boy or something like that and had a dozen or more good looking guys. But there was another straight karaoke bar with a similar name in the same vicinity. These were in the area of town near the large Wangcome Hotel. Some cute guys in the bar the night I went. It would wonderful to know that it was still open but I have no idea if it is or not.

Lobo was still open two years ago when I went there and seems to be still open now.
Another bar is located close to it, it is called Regency and is on the soi when you go from Wiang Come Hotel to Lobo. Only three or four boys there but a good atmosphere.
I plan to go back to C R next October (60 days and counting) and shall report.
