Hi guys,
I have planned to go on 23rd Oct to Chang Rai and up north - I am a little bit mixed up with info about flood up in north but on internet I cannot find updated info - same time if I look weatherforecast for next seven days it shows sunshin ( even better than BKK) - what should I believe - any advice? Tks in advance for your help       |
