Taiwan: dildos and poppers

I'm going to Thailand in Feb via Eva Air and planning a 3 to 4 day stop in Taipei. Anyone have any info on dildos. Are they likely to be confiscated at customs? Are poppers legal?
Can you buy poppers/dildos in Taipei and any recomendatios?

hi

I'm Taiwanese, you can buy dildos in Taipei (many adult shop here)

but poppers can not buy at adult shop, only internet shop have.

About Taipei I can't say anything. Never been there. You can buy dildo's in Bangkok. I've seen them on offer in Chinatown, on the streets. Not a lot, and not a wide selection, but you can get them.

Poppers you can't get in Bangkok.

For those interested: go to The Grand China Princess hotel, on Yaowarat Road. (On the next block: GSM sauna, pretty nice place.) If you stand in front of the hotel, looking at the main entrance (you are standing at the entrance of the parking) go left. Walk the narrow street, and enter the next soi on your right. A galore of fake watches, gadgets and all sorts of things for many streets. All in the narrow soi's in the Chinatown area. If you walk around, you will find some dildo's.

Now I'm talking about the Grand China Princess hotel: for those of you who want to do something out of the ordinary - and utterly not related to sex:

A Dutch guy (nope, he ain't gay) runs bicycle tours from the Grand China Princess. His tours start at 07.00 AM, and last all morning. You get a bike, and cycle from the GCP through Chinatown's tiny alleys. Then you cross the Chao Praya river by pedestrian ferry or longtail boat (bikes go along as well). On the other side you cycle first through Thonburi, later through abandoned plantations. Almost looks like you're in the jungle! Last leg is a longtail boat ride of about 30 minutes back to BKK. Then you cycle from the pier back to the GCP around 12.30.

The tour includes everything: bike, guide, as many drinks & snacks as you like during the stops (once every hour or so). Bt. 950 each person.

I've done it myself, several times even. I like biking. Actually, I am one of the very few who rides a bicycle to work in Bangkok.

Nice thing is that you see Bangkok as it is. Where the 'real' people live. You don't see the famous temples, but the ones that common folks go to. The atmosphere is relaxed, and both the participants as well as the general public like it a lot. I'm living in BKK for 14 years, and during those rides I've seen more of Bangkok than I did in many years living here.

Why would anyone think that customs would confiscate dildos? Are dildos a new type of weapons of mass destruction? And definitely don't bring poppes anywhere outside of your bedroom. If the CIA, MI5 and whatever left from KBG find out, they will collectively kidnap you and imprison you in Guantanomo Bay and send letters to your grandma about how noti boi u're. Be careful, poppers destroyed many lives. Say NO to Drugs!

Sexual aids like dildos are illegal in Thailand (don't ask me why), so if found Customs might confiscate them. Poppers are definitely illegal, and you might be subject to more than just confiscation if they are found.

right. and sex in public toilets and cinemas is prefectly legal. if u're caught, thai gov will send u a 'thank u' note and even speak in your defence when the CIA, MI5 and whatever left from the KGB catch u smuggling poppers from your bedroom to the kitchen.
