it seems that the malaysia coach made a comment that the contest was rigged as the winner of one of the wieght class did not even have any muscles. :p

Well you did say "almost like". Physical muscular development can be measured by the eye or scientifically, as can the proportions of a body. What the judges actually get up to, I don't know but I have certainly never seen any pictures of winners in a bodybuilding competition with no muscles. |
