it seems that the malaysia coach made a comment that the contest was rigged as the winner of one of the wieght class did not even have any muscles.
bodybuilding can be a controversial sport, as it is almost like a beauty contest. some times the judge's decision just boogles the mind.

Well you did say "almost like". Physical muscular development can be measured by the eye or scientifically, as can the proportions of a body. What the judges actually get up to, I don't know but I have certainly never seen any pictures of winners in a bodybuilding competition with no muscles.
