Have you tried Nan entertainment Plaza. take the sky train to Nana Station and its not far from there.
You will find the lady boy bars on the 2nd floor to your left and near the rear of the complex . a few bard names are carousel, hollywood, cassanova you can ask any one there and they will tell you where to go.
