Courtesy of Waanwaan (a Thai from Korat) on Sawasdee forum, it appears the disco/massage is in a sub-soi opposite Iyara Hotel on Chumphon Road and close by Wat Bun.
Ref 14, 58, 19 North and 102, 05, 55 East on Google earth. If you get that far and the place still exists, you should find it.
