Okay, while I've been on here defending Babylon as one of the best saunas in the world, I do have a question about their massage.

I've always loved getting a massage at Babylon. I like to have hot and dirty sex, and then relax afterwards with a good massage by a nice cute, well trained boy, and Babylon has always provided that opportunity for me.

On Sunday after taking care of my business, I went to inquire about a massage. The people who work at the little desk there seem annoyed that you want a massage. I was told I had to wait until 3:30. It was 3:15. I went and used the restroom and came back at 3:30. They said "not yet". I told them I was sitting in the little area outside of the partition. Again I checked at 3:40. "A few more minutes" I was told. I went back again in 5 minutes. A new little twink was at the desk. "Can I help you sir?" she said with major attitude, again, like I was bothering her by being there.

"I'm waiting for my massage. I have an appointment for 3:30". Suddenly there was a flurry of activity. One very cute guy said he would do it. Another, kind of cute, but not as much, ended up taking me upstairs.

I got one of the worst massages in my life. He was grunting and panting like he was digging a ditch. My body is well-muscled and he was a little guy, but come on, I've had little old Thai ladies work on me without breaking a bead of sweat! This guy was really getting on my nerves. He was using his elbow in my groin. I don't know if he was trying to stimulate me or give me a vasectomy. I finally pulled his elbow away and made him move on. Two days later I am still sore.

Well, yesterday, after fucking a Chinese guy with the most perfect ass I've ever seen, I decided to go back and try again. I was told they didn't have a Traditional Thai Massage available, but I could get an oil massage. I thought maybe it would be better.

The guy who took me upstairs was not even close to cute. He left me laying on the table several times while he went off to do something. I am not sure what. He, like the guy on Sunday, spent a lot of time working my glutes and playing around my crotch area, though thankfully, without his elbows. I wasn't sure if the massage was supposed to lead to something, but it ended up being a frustrating tease. I've always liked that I could get a good massage at Babylon and their "no sex, no hand job" policy always worked for me (since I always got my sex before and after the massage).

This guy was also grunting as he worked on me. I do massage myself, and one thing I know, is you don't make the client feel like he is a pile of rocks you've been ordered to move in the midday sun.

When it was over, I was taken to shower off. When I finished my shower I stopped to pee and heard "cough cough" from behind me. My masseuse was apparently getting impatient that I was using the urinal while he was waiting.

I tipped the first guy as I had decided that those guys probably deserve tips (even though it's hard to carry money in just a towel), but I was so frustrated by the 2nd time I didn't give any tip.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows what has happened to the massage services at Babylon. Have they changed their policies so that the massages involve more teasing and are of lower quality in general? Has anyone had luck recently with a massage there? And what is the deal with them trying to discourage farangs from getting traditional Thai massage (my first massage on this trip a few weeks ago I had to push to get a traditional massage instead of oil).

I guess I am going to just go to Babylon for sex and get my massages elsewhere. Two bad massages seem to indicate a pattern that I don't want to repeat.

Regarding tips.I understand that from the 500 baht fee the house gets 300 and masseur the rest.During busy times they do well for Thai standards.Whether this is the right standard has been debated elsewhere for different types of massage.Many don't tip at Babylon but a small gratuity is welcomed.

I have had about 8 or 10 massages from Babylon with the most recent being a few weeks ago. Funny, no two were exactly the same. Most pretty decent. The, last was the most erotic and he did a mini chuck-wow of sorts designed as a massage technique, not enough to cum but he made me rock hard. Other keep clear of the rod and tackle but do a nice massage job. None have been a disaster as you describe.

I have always taken the Babylon Special Oil for 500B. I notice sometimes they offer an "Erotic Massage" for 1,500. Never tried that as generally I get a massage after just having had sex.

Some of the massage boys are not bad looking, some quite nice in my opinion.
