What I used to be able to get at a pharmacy on Sukumvit was Apcalis orange-gel. It worked the same as the tablets of generic Apcalis. Apcalis is an Indian generic form of Cialis and just as good. But alas, not at my regular pharmacy anymore. maybe the street vendors' stuff is original Apcalis.

I'll admit I've been one of those who assumed it was applied to the genitals. Thanks for clearing it up!
I have finally googled it and now see that the proper description is Apcalis jelly, not gel. You squeeze it out of the sachet into you mouth. Funny thing about the English language - when you say say gel, people think topical application; with 'jelly', it seems tastier immediately.

I have no experience with Kamagra. Is it similar to Cialis or Viagra? I prefer Cialis because it enhances erections for 2-3 days and has no noticeable side effects. Whereas Viagra is pretty much a one-bang pill that makes me feel a little odd. I like Cialis if I am sleeping with a guy all night because you keep waking up with an erection.

The jelly is called Kamagra, and it very good. For me it works 3 days. It costs Bt. 80-120 per sachet. You can get it in the pharmacy at Sukhmvit Soi 13, or further down Sukhmivt. Last time I was there, they didn't have it. I went deep down Sukhmivt, and another one had it in stock. On the street they sell it too, but much more expensive.
Kamagra is available in several flavors.
