I guess it might be difficult to visit during the flood crisis to see if it is any closer to opening. I have always wondered why car owners/yards seem content to have thousands of used cars sit for years unsold rather than lowering the price to move them on. Maybe the same "logic" could be applied to buildings in BKK (like GSM) that sit idle for years. Someone somewhere must be losing money (or have too much money).
