One observation about this most popular sauna in Chiang Mai. They have Tue & Thu as buddy night, in which 2 can go in for the price of one. Not surprisingly it is extremely crowded on those nights, especially with students and twinks. However, what I found is that many people (especially the students and twinks) go there on those nights to observe, gossip and make fun of others -- not for sex. It is the other quieter nights that one is more likely to find partners for real serious play. Another observation is the poor facilities in the play rooms -- no tissues, no trash bins, no pillows, no gel, no condoms. You'd have to bring your own. But lots of fucking and other kinds of serious play take place here -- a pity the poor facilities. You can see how messed up the rooms are most of the time -- used condoms, used gel sachets, semen, etc. all strewn on the floor.

have to agree 100% with Bago. Went there 6 months ago, very different to BKK. Poor cleanliness, could be so nice with a bit of effort. Is it 1994? -condoms should be supplied if you gave a hoot about customers.
