hate to be snarky becuase your question sounds genuine, but america's restaurant-bar-industrial complex exists for no other reason than to enable horny straights to meet for hot sexual encounters.

it only gets complicated for those straights whose sexual needs are non-normative -- water sports, pregnant women, bukakke parties, you name it. for them, there's the internet.

as for anonymous hookups -- sorry, but as a general proposition, women aren't big fans. too many men are oddballs and if things go awry, it's the woman who runs the greatest risk of paying the price. (but women who have a man present to look out for them are surprisingly likely to do all sorts of fun, slutty things.)
