I for one would like to see the moderators push to get guys to fill out thier profiles, instead of whats that little black dot mean.

I'm one of the guilty ones, but mainly because the profiles are a bit fustrating...too many mandatory fields; and limited (and in some cases, unacceptable) choices for the ones with drop-down menus.
e.g. what if I don't consider myself "pig" "preppy"
"jock" "alternative" (whatever that means)?
If the board would allow more free text (maybe with some helpful suggestions on what should be included), it might encourage more participation, and more accurate profiles.
