What have you done? site rebuilds too much

I have no idea what you have done with Cruising for Sex lately....but each page rebuilds too much....I hate it. I will now not use the site as much.

fix it or else I will stay away completely. there are other sites by the way.

I understand that advertisers are important but the constant reloads at every level have made this site totally unbearable. I have a fast cable connection and I can't even imagine what some poor guy with a dial up connection must be going through. You need to speed up this site or risk losing a lot of your viewership.
