When I have posted and ad and in maybe a week after it was current, I want to move it to the top....how do I do that. I see other ad that go "To The Top".
Can you help me, Thanks

2. simply reply to your own post with a simple message such as "bump" or "back to top" - replies to a post will automatically move it back to the top as the most current...

...be advised, suggestion #2 is not the best way to do this and some monitors may delete the post. Your best bet for everyone is to just simply repost the ad as new. Who knows... maybe rewording the post may just bring a better response.
