My experience is that you should be the one to set a time and place and "they will cum." You may have to send invitations more than once to get some definite answers. At least you will get people interested enough to go. Almost any of the larger suite type motels around Herndon and Reson should be considered as a lot of us live around.

I would say if you wait for others to set up your party, you will wait until the cows come home.
