Men of color, because of past racial discrimination, might perceive your non-sexual interest as racially-motivated. With respect to the management and staff at the Midtowne Spa, the aggressive and harassing environment at that facility exists because the management allows it to exist. When management tolerates such an environment, it does so for strictly business reasons...the money.
