once registered guests can pretty much come and go as they like...absolutely no staff off duty at any major hotel copany are allowed back into the hotel off duty..subject to discipline...I have also encountered the orientals dress code and wondered about it...common sense rules..the staff have a job to do ..off duty have fun on duty they risk a lot..
