There was a gogo bar of sorts there at one time but it was awful!!
You MAY get lucky at Le Club or Reggae Pub but don't bet on it!
The Muang Kulaypan Hotel is quite gay friendly at least you will be able to go there for dinner and spot a few Thai Hi-so Queens
