Had the same experience at Nice Guys.

A few months back i walked in to witness a visiting farang giving the owner a load of very loud abuse (in front of the full line-up), about:

- The way he treats the working boys
- The way he expects customers to'toe the line'

The owner quickly became extremely abusive and told the farang (in excellent English) to leave immediately and one come back.

It reminded me that it would not be wise to 'cross the path' of many of the individuals who own / operate bars (straight or gay).

Like others also report, several of the boys have told me that the owner hands out punishments for the slighest misdemeanor, often for intractions of 'rules' that the working boys are not even aware of.

I would also readily agree that this venue has some very cute boys, and I've had some wonderful experiences with a number of them.
