I, too, have used PictureBrite for toys. I bought the 1" ball stretcher with the two snaps. Let me warn you: it only has about a 4½" inside diameter. It takes some pulling, etc. to get it between my cock and balls. I usually have to put an elastic hair band on, double it, then put the stretcher on, and pull the band out from under the stretcher. But once it's on, it feels great!
Their h-type snap ball spreader is fun to wear also. Just takes some doing to put it on also. If you are not careful, you can get some skin caught in the snaps.
If anyone wants rubber cock rings, skip mail order. Just head to your local hardware store and purchase rubber o-rings. They come thick and thin and various diameters.
