In that case, go to either Arena or Aqua. Leave Hero or Albury, good though they are, for later. The reason I say this is that the person who can best help you is the "mamasan", or the supervisor, but at Hero and Albury, he tends to be too busy to give you much attention as these two places generally have a lot of customer traffic. Arena and Aqua are less busy, but still have a good selection of masseurs of various body types, including the "manly" kind. Being less busy, the mamasan can devote a bit more time to helping you choose.

I don't think anyone on this board can really recommend any specific masseur, because these guys change jobs frequently, or go back to the provinces for the rice planting/harvesting season, and so on. Not to mention, it's hard to tell what your taste in the male physique is. What's hunky to you may not be hunky to me, for instance.

What I'd recommend you do is to go to Aqua or Arena in the mid afternoon (which I assume isn't the peak period, perhaps others on this board can correct me if I'm wrong), and ask to speak to the mamasan.

It is impossible for the mamasan to describe to you every masseur that he has in his stable, but what you can do, after ordering a drink (in effect buying yourself time to decide) is to glance over whichever boys come into view. If you like the look of any particular one, just ask the mamasan question such as,

"The guy in the blue shorts with short hair, standing near the treadmill... does he have a large cock? Will he be able to suck me? Will he let me suck him? Will he let me fuck him?"

It is the mamasan's job to know answers to such questions. If you notice any pause from the mamasan, it indicates he isn't sure. Then beware of Thai cultural problems. Rather than admit he's not sure, he is likely to say yes to your every question. He's likely to tell you what he thinks you want to hear. If this happens, gently ask him to please double-check with the boy you have indicated, whether he's prepared to do what you have in mind.

Even if the mamasan knows the boy's cock size and skill sets well, it is still important to somehow convey your requests to the masseur. In Arena or Aqua, expect to tip the masseur personally a further 1,000 to 1,200 baht for his services. I don't think he earns any salary.

Now, some words to moderate your expectations. My observations are these:

1. Avoid boys who have only been working 1 month or less. They tend to be less skilled in making the transition from massage to sex, and tend to wait for a signal from you. I have no problem giving the signal, but you may not know when is the appropriate time to do so, and what kind of signal to give. Thus you may fell more relaxed and go-with-the-flow if you have someone who is practised enough to make the transition smoothly on this own.

2. Almost all masseurs will be happy to be sucked.

3. The great majority will be prepared to suck, though some will insist on a condom, which is good practice anyway.

4. Perhaps a majority of masseurs will be prepared to fuck - I'm not able to give much information on this as fucking is seldom my scene.

5. Perhaps few "manly" masseurs are prepared to be fucked. Most are also straight themselves, and for reasons of ego, will not play the submissive role.
