why not just have a small note card stating your intentions that you could pass through to your new friend. All it needs to say is: "If you want your balls sucked, pass them through too!"

And be sure to have the printer set the message in a tasteful script. No grunge fonts or all caps please. I would also suggest an understated ivory linen or parchment paper to set the proper tone.
