The new managerial system you describe seems similar to the old days, when the owner used to sit in the window minding his own business. I used to meet him outside and he was always pleasant..once I met him at a foot massage place scouting some boys working there. But then suddenly, he got all aggressive and became a control freak.
Now Boyishunk has given us new hope...as he says, all the boys are usually pretty good. But many I have met there are definately gay..one now works at Arena massage on Silom and another at Aqua. There are gay employees..like the cashiers for example, but they are the owners boyfriends and not to be touched!
