I went to Apex at Emporium for a series of laser hair removal treatments on my back and upper arms. Initially I did a series of three treatments which included no "guarantee".

Later I purchased an additional set of five treatments for my arms with a "guarantee" that they would continue treatments until the hair was all gone. After those five treatments and three more ... the last being at the absolute highest (and painful) setting ... I was informed that my six-month period of the guarantee was over. I never had been informed of a six month period prior to that.

The hair grew back. After eleven treatments. YMMV
