I haven't heard of any modern herbalist prescribing it. I understand that it was an elixir reserved only for the imperial household.
Perhaps Chinese doctors attending to the modern equivalent...those who are terminally wealthy and sexually dysfunctional (funny how the two seem to go together in secret, isn't it?)...still do. I can't imagine that kind of expansive egoist admitting that he required such a radical potion...or his very highly paid physician revealing that he prescribed it. After all, iIf you had twenty -five Rolls-Royces, thirty-seven condominiums and ninety-two mistresses, would you want anyone to know of personal difficulties maintaining the firmness of your *...ahem...* fundamentals? Hawhawhaw!!!
