Well to the fish-half of "couple", I'm not sure who you were responding to. The guy who posted the ad said very little about himself, so I don't think that you were responding to HIS comments. If you were responding to MY comment, then a few things might interest you.
1--I don't have a girlfriend or wife because I'm gay. I have no sexual interest in women at all. (Frankly, I couldn't care less if you're bi or not, but you might need to look elsewhere since this site is primarily men looking for men, not women. If you and your husband are looking for other couples, you really should look elsewhere. But that's really for the moderator to determine more than anything else.)
2--My speculation on the guy's reason for posting was based on some experiences I've had with other STRAIGHT men. Frankly, I don't give a shit what you or your husband think about how a man sexually identifies himself. If a guy says he's straight, then I accept that and will only question it if he wants to get his ass fucked or he wants to suck my dick. (Of course, he CAN still be straight but curious. But the self-identifying-as-straight guys I've been with don't want to even touch my dick, not with their hands, not with their mouths.) Bill's the only one who knows his sexuality and it does no good for confused bi people to tell him what he is or isn't. (Note: A lot of people don't buy the idea that anyone can REALLY be bisexual but YOU would certainly dispute that notion, wouldn't you? Don't presume to judge someone else's sexuality. Oh, you also CLAIM to be "bi-curious". Well, how about you go find some lesbian who's willing to help you with your own curiosity? Of course, you might have had an easier time of it in college. There, you could've been a LUG--Lesbian Until Graduation. It's interesting that women can engage in lesbian activity yet it's not really considered to be "lesbian sex" but a guy getting his dick sucked by another man has to be either gay or bi? Puh-leeze.)
3--If you'd actually read Bill's initial post, you would have read that it's pretty likely that HIS wife doesn't know since he said he needs to be discreet. If your comment was meant to me, well, re-read the above comment #1.
Frankly, "lady", I don't give a shit about what you or your hubby thinks. But, I will call you out when either one of you decides that you (and you alone) can decide how a person chooses to identify sexually. Most gay and bi men who are on this site really couldn't care less about how the other guy wants to identify. If a guy wants to call himself straight and wants head from a guy, it's no one else's business except his and whoever happens to respond to him. This site isn't a dating site; I'm not expecting to respond to a faithful person (I will point out that you and your husband aren't being faithful to each other; even if you "play together", you're STILL having sex outside your marital bonds).
And to your hubby, it's YOU who's decided that Bill is "repressed" or "confused". His post is pretty clear--he wants a guy to suck his dick. Maybe--just maybe--he'll find he likes it. Does that mean he'll want to do more? Who knows? But, as I've noted, some straight men (in many situations) are willing to get sucked off by a guy or even fuck a willing guy's ass but that doesn't make them gay.
