Very odd. He always confirms booking by email and gives contact number in case of problems. He uses many different drivers, but they've always been waiting for me at the airport on time and I've never need to call. Must have used him 10 times now in both directions without problems. I suspect the driver missed you for some reason...maybe he spelled your name wrong on the card ...if you had been able to phone he would have contacted the driver to find you....Sod's law I guess!!
