The bus is going between 8am and 6pm every 2 hours. never have to wait long. In the bus i can sit with big space and in pattaya they care about my transfer to my hotel. Really very easy. Arriving later i can understand to take car or taxi.

Very odd. He always confirms booking by email and gives contact number in case of problems. He uses many different drivers, but they've always been waiting for me at the airport on time and I've never need to call. Must have used him 10 times now in both directions without problems. I suspect the driver missed you for some reason...maybe he spelled your name wrong on the card ...if you had been able to phone he would have contacted the driver to find you....Sod's law I guess!! |

If I had made an e-mail request for a taxi and not had a reply I would not be surprised if there was no car waiting.
I used this service from Jomtien to Bangkok on Tuesday. I got a vintage Volvo 940 which I like as they are comfortable and very safe feeling. The driver was prompt, polite and very careful which is rare. Confusingly the website price has gone up from 1000 baht to 1200 baht on the website for the airport run. He told me he is charging 1000 to the airport and 1200 to Bangkok. I start my return journey with them in an hour and am a happy customer so far. |
