I think it must be the
swishing that leads to subsequent death & destruction.
So whatever you put in your oral cavity should not be swished. Sucking, slurping and gulping may be assumed to be risk-free until proven otherwise.
Actually, in certain neighborhoods, any form of
swishing can be dangerous.
