I am Thai and proud of it. It sickens me to see nasty farangs whose day to day existence revolves around exploiting and then complaining about the Thais. Don't come to Thailand just because you couldn't get it at home and expect the Thais to be falling all over for you.
The level of criticisms over a relatively small amount of money to the foreigner (what, $55 for a massage and tip?) shows the small mindness and cattiness of these washed up queens.

Well said, but those locals should also stop looking at us as just a greenback or euro. This tends to work both ways in most places I've traveled where the country I'm visiting has a lower living wage than my own.
