Define "cruising" in Pattaya ! If you want to pick up Thai guys (AYOR) then Dongtan Beach Jomtien (day or night) and the "promenade" at the Southern end of Pattaya beach would be the obvious venues, but 99% would be money boys. Genuine cruising for mutual satisfaction is a little harder to find but you could try Sansuk sauna (mid way from Pattaya to Jomtien) or the H.N. in any of the shopping malls. If you want farangs, there's quite a few like minded souls in ****** dot org. (private me for name) Quite a good site. Gay romeo is possible, but you would have to state "No Money Boys!" very clearly, and even then they'll ask for the taxi fare
