Is that ever true.
Today growing up they have Gay/Straight Alliances in junior high and high school - hell some kids even have the courage to come out at that age. These days they realize they are not the only one....
When I was growing up even with guys I fooled around with we never really talked about it or even really addressed the idea of "gay" - there would be comments about girls we thought were cute or how we wished there was a girl with us right now - and then we would fool around.
Like if we said something about a girl it made it less gay.
But still there was the relief that I was not the only one....
