I fully agree.
Cruising for sex in club or elsewhere is about getting your rocks off, too. But for many guys out there it is a bit of a self-validation, ego-boosting trip. You want to go out and see how many dudes are going to get on their knees and polish your knob. Lots of action does not mean that the guys will be shooting their loads left, right and center all the time. It means that the guys are getting at it, and that the others, too, are following in their footsteps
