Whereas many attitudes towards human sexuality have changed very drastically in Europe, the Americas and Australasia to the best of my knowledge, heteroslut shaming is still well and alive at most places.

Modernity has largely accepted the LGBT world mostly because it really does not intrude very much into the personal lives of the heterosexual majority. In the end, the two OTHER dudes romping in the hay are living their lives. They are not affecting anyone else who has no part in it anyway.

Now marrying a confirmed 'slut' and raising children (whose children?) with her affects the very core existence of the heterosexual couple. Thus, the attitude changes mightily.
