I know myself I get puzzled. I can - uhm, "fondle" my own balls and enjoy it, even a little vigorously sometimes... but 8 out of 10 times when someone else gets their hands (or mouth) on my balls it's extremely uncomfortable, even hurts some. (not talking being rough or anything like that) Other times its great!
I have occasionally encountered others who are 'sensitive' that way too.

On the other hand (or mouth) I've had guys delight in jaming my face wanting me to be more forceful orally servicing their nutz. Usually I
go to a guy's nutz to vary the activity and not have him 'finish' too soon. ;-)

Last summer had a guy that commented my no-teeth approach had him mesmerized when he stuffed both in my mouth and directed me to do stuff. lol
