Oral top - grammatically it "Should" mean, guy who gets sucked, guy who sticks his dick into other guy's piehole.
BUT - term is used by cocksuckers who want to DO oral on you, they just expect to top (or won't bottom) if it comes to anal. At least 2/3 of time, in my area.
Oral bottom - Guy for sure wants to do oral on you. Might also, or might not, bottom for you anally.
So, in practice, both terms *usually* mean..... Cocksucker.
Best to make no assumption, either way. Ask the guy what he means.
