I don't see how you can go wrong with the Babylon in Bangkok. There is someone for everyone there! and if you are lucky, several somethings for you. It's a nice mix of Asian and non. You can stay onsite and get two free entries into the sauna. The suana is spotless and about as nice as a suana can be.

I can't believe the first three posts are the ones that I would list as well. Babylon is an experience unparalleled anywhere else in the world. My two favorite baths are the Galileo in Mannheim, Germany .. and Atlantis of Ludwigshafen, Germany.
