Since you said you were spending the night in West LA, I am assuming you were referring to the Venice Blvd location, for those that don't know:

I rarely go to this location, maybe once every 12 to 18 months, and was either on a Friday or Saturday night. Was quite the older crowd on my last 2 visits, don't know what their other days and nights are like. I prefer sex with guys 20s to 30s .... finally sometime happened at the end of both of those last 2 visits for me, so didn't leave disappointed. I haven't rushed back, no clue if I will ever stop in there again.

I was in the Van Nuys spa about a week ago -- the pool and jacuzzi were closed; they were installing new tile. They should be open by now but you might want to call ahead and check.

The steam room and sauna were both working well. I had a great time but I am one of those 'older guys'

It was "Retiree Night" the last 2 times I went to Van Nuys ...men in their 60s, 70s, and even 80s .... several having had strokes, walking impaired and one even using with a cane. Closest baths of LAX - with Sony Studios and office building that not far away. UCLA, Santa Monica College, West LA College, and Loyola Marymount University all just minutes away.

What you got to lose for $10 locker special at either location on a Tues or Wed??

Seems like a couple of guys are looking for Tuesday or Wednesday at the Van Nuys location. Parking around the Van Nuys location can suck with the county court house just a block away and then the parking out front on Victory Blvd. restricted for commuter traffic.

I was going to suggest making some Wednesday "Cruising for Sex Message Board Day" at the Venice Blvd location. If a nice, sunny day the rooftop nude sundeck will have guys laying out.
Also their $10 locker special day.

No condoms provided at either location, so bring your own. Can scribble any name onto the registration card - they only ask for ID if you look under 18 y/o. Need to put something - wallet, watch, or car keys - in the security box as they want something of yours to be able to get their keys back.

Venice Blvd location wasn't like that on the Tues and Wed daytimes that I went. There were guys from their 20s to 60s - all races - none in wheelchairs or with canes (like I saw at the Van Nuys location on my last 2 stops there - Fri or Sat evenings - like a bus had come from the retirement home). Know Van Nuys is closer to where the bookstore/arcade stings were conducted & Van Nuys location having competition from the North Hollywood Spa.

I check in around 12:30pm to 1pm to the Venice Blvd location. The rooftop sundeck with have a handful of guys laying out in the buff (where else in LA can one lay out naked??). Bet if the weather keeps up like this, it will be busy on both Tues and Wed of this week.
