Well..I can honestly see your point in many areas. As for myself I'm not really much into jacuzzi..just because personally I think those things are hard to keep clean..and if they are sanitary..there are soooo many chemicals that must be used which I'm not that crazy about. As far as I know that little place has been there for years...just the same..never any changes. I have been there many times and I will have to say that TBT has the most competent and attitude-less staff that I have seen in any club (and I have been in every club in S. Calif.). You can bet that anyone who has a problem with most of their staff probably has problems with staff everywhere they go. The ratio of "beautiful people" to "gross skanks" (just quoting here) is no different than anywhere else. As for the jacuzzi, it is drained and scrubbed every morning. If it were cleaned more often than that it would never be available to use. Because it is such a small jacuzzi the dirt may be more noticable and the water gets dirty faster. Perhaps everyone who uses it could shower first like they are supposed to? Maybe that would help.

P.S.: Why would someone who hates the place keep going back?
