Exactly - the adult book stores with booths and glory holes - they are about sex - not a place to meet a long term partner although I am sure it has happened - but the guys are there to get off - alone or together - but sex is the goal. There should just be a sign posted at the door that by entering you acknowledge what might go on there and will not complain.
