Wal*Mart had very little, if anything to do with the closing. The owner's son being shot and killed is what started the initial problems with her staying there. And I'm not sure what the Dekalb Court decided as to whether she was operating legally at the location. That hearing was shortly after her son was shot. Hopefully she will find another location. I hit the Belvedere at least twice montly on weekends in both the boom times and even when it wasn't quite as hot anymore.

One of the finer establishment's in Atlanta where the owner actually cared about the clientele.
