How does that place work since it's not a bathhouse? Do people really undress and leave clothes in those downstairs lockers and go around in the buff? Seems more like a giant video arcade minus the video; something one would go around in fully clothed. If so then what do they do in the sling room, just pile clothes in the corner?

I've been curious about the clothes/locker question too.

Here's the deal...
Just inside the front door there's a little room with some videos and mags. Not much selection. You pay the guy in the little booth to get into the main joint. You can check your coat and bag with him or get a lock for the lockers. When you enter you'll be in the theater area. This is basically a small movie theater.
