I found an old Forum Keith had set up for New Jersey but later merged in with Eastern Pennsylvania. Since we're getting more posts these days, along with confusion about which state people are posting for, I brought the New Jersey Forum back.

It was empty initially. I did move a couple of discussion threads that seemed like they belonged in NJ over here. If there's others -- and I know there are -- they can be moved too if needed.
