Here is the situation. There is a guy at work who is married w/children that is giving me an "odd" vibe. I'm a black man who isn't obviously gay, but I'm sure the hints are there. He is a white man, who besides the married thing, conservative. He just seems to friendly to me and almost everytime we run into each other, there is some sort of touching from him. Its either the pat on the back, the shoulder or the 2 pump action on the shoulder blade. I never touch him, (cause I would probably grab his ass).
Like I said, I'm getting a really odd vibe. How can I maybe push things a little, not enough for him to run to HR, but kinda test the waters to see if he is looking for something...maybe just a little curious?
