Seems like there should be some referrence for those of us newer to the scene. Specifically, what is the difference between a top and a bottom? Does this indicate only anal sex desires or cover all aspects of sexuality? Some ads indicate a top who enjoys sucking, etc. Does a top get the bottom off also? One other question, what does "with benefits" mean? Thanks for your help.

When you see an ad that reads "top who enjoys sucking" he's just clarifying that his being an anal "top" does not preclude other activities.
Some tops are interested only in getting themselves off, and how you manage to get yours is entirely up to you. It has been my experience that these are a vast minority. If you happen to be one of those guys who are particularly interested in "str8s" you will encounter this situation more often.
"With benefits" means that there is a retirement and health plan. Seriously, it refers to some sort of compensation. Depending on how it is used it means that the person either expects to receive or will provide compensation. Compensation does not always have to mean cash.

As for "with benefits", I don't see that as meaning compensaiton. At least around here, it just means two guys who want to get off with each other...... who want more than just a friend... a mutual benifit. Maybe the definition is regional.

Yup, at times, guys use it to say that one dude is doing something nice for the other dude, like cash, getting him a better job or similar.

However, it mostly means that the two guys are not BFs as in love with each other but are actually friends while being fuck buddies at the same time.
