My body fat is about 17%, not too high, but I would like it lower. I hesitate to "diet" because I can barely hold muscle on me as it is. I already exercise a fair amount too.
So, my question: Is there any nutritional supplement out there that REALLY works to tip the body's balance toward fat-burning? Asking here because once there was a great discussion about "herbal viagra" products. A guy from Nevada I think had great recommendations. I tried one and it worked. It was Pharmassure's "Yohimbe" product. So, gay guys know! Now I am hoping that someone knows a real "fat burner" supplement for someone who already exercises and eats moderately. thanks!

Unfortunately, there is no easy SAFE way to lose fat. Meth and related drugs do the job, but you end up a pimply junkie, but skinny, that's for sure. The hard way is the only way, change your eating habits: smaller portions, more fibre, less fat, while keeping eveything balanced, and UP the exercise. You will always have the fat cells, but you can keep them empty so they don't show.
